Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day or next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Some specialty items, large orders, or products with extended lead times may require additional processing time. Lead times are noted on individual product pages where applicable.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada and all 50 states in the United States.
For international shipments outside Canada and the US, please contact us at info@equiptestpro.com to arrange a custom quote.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for cross-border shipments) are outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.
For large, heavy, or oversized items (such as large calibrators or benchtop instruments), freight shipping may be required. We will contact you with a freight quote before processing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier. You can also view order status in your account under "My Orders."
Cross-Border & Customs
Orders shipped between Canada and the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
We declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms as required by law. We are unable to under-declare shipment values.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at info@equiptestpro.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
